In 2018 I embarked on an all-natural health journey that has provided me with the tools to recover from my autoimmune symptoms and position my body to thrive. From being told I would have a difficult time conceiving, to healing and having the all-natural home birth of my dreams, this transformation has helped me discover an unbeknown strength I can now share with my daughter and other women like yourself.
